The industry standard professional level crimp tools for smaller range contacts, the AFM8 is adaptable to many applications by use of the interchangeable and required separate positioners.

More often than not an individual positioner is required for both the pin and again for the socket for a connector assembly, however there are exceptions.

This tool is required for most of the Deutsch Autosport connector range with the exception of the connectors utilizing Size 16 contacts and ASHD.
